Getting experience with the guy next door seems like a great idea—until the lines blur.
Dev, a geeky first year physics student, has zero sexual experience and he’s determined to change that ASAP. After a bad time in halls of residence, he’s starting the summer term with different housemates and a new plan of action.
Ewan lives in the house next door to Dev. He’s young, free and single, and isn’t looking to change that anytime soon. When awkward circumstances throw them together, Ewan offers to help Dev out in the bedroom in return for maths tutoring, and Dev jumps at the chance.
They work their way through Dev’s sex-to-do list, but what starts as a perfect no-strings arrangement gets more complicated as their feelings for each other begin to grow. If they’re going to turn their lessons in lovemaking into something more permanent, they need to work out how they feel about each other—before they get to the end of Dev’s list.
This book is a complete story and can be read as a stand-alone.

I am a sucker for a nerd MC and Dev was the perfect nerd for me!!! He moved into a house after having a bit of a bullying problem in the dorms of the college that he is attending. Dev is a bit socially awkward and I gotta say that makes me love him even more. Dev has a list (a guy after my own heart) of all the things that he wants to do this year. Ya know, stuff like make friends, learn to cook, and rim jobs.
Ewan is the ginger, another trait I happen to love, neighbor next door and after receiving a package that he accidentally opens, he decides to deliver it himself to Dev. The package is a little personal in nature to say the least…lol. After finding out about Dev’s list he decides to help him out in exchange for some math tutoring. Not a bad trade off in my opinion, a little quadratic equations for a hand job.
Somewhere along the way Dev and Ewan develop feelings for each other but of course don’t think the other feels the same way. It takes them a little bit to get it together and when they do, its soooo sweet!!!!
This is book 3 in the series but I didn’t feel like I was missing out on something at all, so it can be read as a standalone.

I give this book ***3 1/2*** sweet, sweet stars.

About Jay Northcote

Jay lives just outside Bristol in the West of England, with her husband, two children, and two cats. She comes from a family of writers, but she always used to believe that the gene for fiction writing had passed her by. She spent years only ever writing emails, articles, or website content.
One day, she decided to try and write a short story—just to see if she could—and found it rather addictive. She hasn’t stopped writing since.
Jay writes contemporary gay romance about men who fall in love with other men, usually set in or near her home town of Bristol. She enjoys the challenge of bringing the men in her head to life through her words. Jay has five books published by Dreamspinner Press, and she also publishes her own titles under the imprint Jaybird Press. Some of her books are now available as audiobooks.

Bradford (Ford) King was sure he had the rest of his life mapped out. Though he was no longer a SEAL Lieutenant, his brother was home safe and he had a job that still allowed him to satisfy his hunger for hunting bad guys. Life was simple, no distractions or complications – at age forty-six – that’s all Ford wanted. What hedidn’twant was his work partner, sniper/watchman, Dana, giving him s**t all the time.

Blog Tour & Giveaway ~ The Soldati Prince by Charlie Cochet

Hello, all! Thank you so much for joining me here today as we celebrate the release of The Soldati Prince, the first book in the Soldati Hearts series! The Soldati Prince is a shifter fantasy novella about an unassuming barista named Riley Murrough who goes from serving lattes to being hunted by demons. If that wasn't bad enough, he's told he's the fated prince of a centuries old tiger-shifter king from another realm. Talk about a tough day.
Surely it must all be a terrible misunderstanding. Khalon King couldn't agree more, and he's determined to get Riley off his hands as quickly as possible. Riley has no intention of being tied to the grumpy king who seems incapable of saying two words to Riley without growling at him. Riley sets out to find the Great Priestess, along with Khalon and a small group of his warriors. They're determined to have her undo what's been done, but first Riley has to live long enough to get there, and without strangling Khalon alon…
